Precision is also the daily business of our employees here. Over 675,000 individual plastic parts leave our factory every day. Flexibility is a central virtue here: we produce series from a few hundred pieces to several million pieces per year.

Over 675,000 individual plastic parts leave our plant every day – proof of our high production capacity and efficiency. Flexibility is one of our core strengths: We produce batches ranging from a few hundred pieces to several million pieces per year.
At our plant in Illertissen, which covers an area of 6,000 square meters, 60 injection molding machines are at your disposal. These are equipped with modern handling and robotic systems and ensure precise and automated production. Our machines are capable of producing parts with a maximum weight of up to 1,400 grams. The clamping force of the largest group of machines is 4,000 kN. We operate in three shifts and process all commercially available thermoplastics, with the exception of PVC.
We rely exclusively on machines from the high-quality manufacturers Engel and Arburg to consistently guarantee the highest production standards. Material supply and drying are handled by a central system, ensuring consistent quality.
We know that every project is unique. Therefore, in addition to classic injection molding, we also offer specialized processes such as multi-component injection molding and overmolding of inserts. These technologies enable us to produce complex components with different material properties and functions in a single manufacturing step.
To meet your requirements, we also offer a range of additional manufacturing steps. These include, for example, quality inspection using state-of-the-art camera systems and the application of QR codes or other markings directly onto the component. These enhancements ensure that your products precisely meet the required specifications and are ready for immediate use.
