Production - Injection molding

Our central task is the production of technically sophisticated thermoplastic parts, also using the two-component process (2-K).

Production - Injection molding

Highly automated process sequences, independent of human factors, meet the highest quality standards. A central material drying and conveying system, state-of-the-art injection molding machines with automated handling systems, robot-supported assembly stations as well as a CAQ and a company-wide PDA system are among the highlights of our production.

Precision is also the daily business of our employees here. Over 675,000 individual plastic parts leave our factory every day. Flexibility is a central virtue here: we produce series from a few hundred pieces to several million pieces per year.

  • Our plant in Germany has 60 injection molding machines on an area of 6000 square meters, all equipped with modern handling and robot systems.
  • Our plant in Hungary has a further 22 injection molding machines.
  • CNC systems with up to 5 axes.
  • Order planning and order monitoring are carried out via a BDE system
  • The maximum part weight is 1,400 grams
  • The clamping force of the largest machine group is 4,000 kN. We process all commercially available thermoplastics, except PVC, in three-shift operation.
  • A central material conveyor system and material drying systems are available.
